You'll get an email with your download links as soon as your order is complete. Most orders arrive within a few minutes, but please allow up to five minutes, just in case.

Yes, as soon as you buy an exclusive licence, that beat is taken off the site straight away so no one else can buy it. We'll also remove it from SoundCloud and other social media within 24 hours.
No, all purchased beats come without any tags or watermarks, so you can use them freely.
You'll receive an email with your download links and licence details right after your purchase. Everything you need is included.
Yes, every order comes with its own unique licence number. You can view, download, or print your licence at any time from your receipt.
Every licence includes a high-quality stereo mix of your beat in 24-bit WAV format. If you choose a Pro Studio or Exclusive licence, you'll also get all the individual stem files as WAVs.
Stem files are provided as 24-bit WAVs, with each track unprocessed, giving you full flexibility for mixing.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see your email. If you're still having trouble, just contact support and we'll sort it out for you.
As digital files can't be returned, we're not able to offer refunds. You can listen to all beats in full before buying to make sure you're happy.
You can re-download your beats any time using the links in your original email. If you need help, just get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.
Yes, you're welcome to rename the beats as you wish. The titles are there for guidance only.
